Pricing & Insurance

We offer complementary virtual or in-person 15 minute consultations for all patients to ensure that we are a good fit for your needs. Please book this service online under "Complementary Consultation" and choose virtual or in-person.

Acupuncture is now covered by many major insurance plans, making care more accessible than ever. We are currently in-network with Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, and U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, and also accept auto injury claims.

To verify your specific acupuncture benefits, the required insurance form must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled initial appointment. Without this completed form, I cannot guarantee that insurance will be billed for your visit. Coverage verification is complimentary; however, benefits vary widely between policies, and coverage, deductibles, and copays are determined by your individual plan.

I also accept HSA and FSA payments for qualified services. At this time, Medicare and Medicaid are not billed.

If you have questions about your coverage, I’m happy to guide you through the process so you can feel confident

and informed before beginning care.

Patients Using Out-Of-Network Insurance

For patients who plan to use out-of-network coverage, we are happy to provide a detailed superbill that you may submit directly to your insurance company for reimbursement. In these cases, payment is made at the time of service at our standard cash-pay rates, and your insurance carrier will reimburse you directly according to your individual plan.

Please note that we are unable to verify out-of-network benefits on your behalf. We recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to ask about your specific out-of-network acupuncture coverage, reimbursement rates, and deductible requirements so you can make an informed decision before beginning care.
